My mom made this cow for my son, but I saved it and each of my girls has worn it too.
She made a little body suit jumper out of a cow print material with Velcro to hold the back of the costume shut. The hood has white felt horns and hooks under the chin with Velcro.
The costume is complete with a mini cow bell around the neck, stitched at the shoulders and floppy tail in the back. Black sneakers or little black dress shoes are the perfect accessories.
