For my squeaky clean bubble bath costume, I started by making a tutu out of blue and silver sparkly tulle. After the tutu was made I cut out individual bubbles from the BIG bubble wrap and super glued them on. I also found iridescent jewels that looked like bubbles that I glued to it as well. I already had a shimmery silver tube top and I glued the “bubbles” to this as well.
The final step was finding a head band that blended to my hair and gluing a rubber ducky to it. To go with my “Bubbles” theme, I drank a bottle of bubbly! People loved the costume and there was definitely no one else with it!
