There was a local Wizard of Oz festival and we just had to go! But instead of being just like every other girl who wanted to be Dorothy, she went as a dancer in the Lullaby League. Costume was simple enough, just a tutu skirt, the hat, and some tulle around the collar of her shirt. Also made the ballerina shoes with fabric and ribbon. Needless to say it was a huge hit at the event!
