Easy, Last-Minute Toddler Costume Idea: Hobo

Originally, we didn’t have a Halloween costume for my nephew. We were headed to Trunk Or Treat at our church and had to quickly pull something together. We had this easy, last-minute Toddler costume idea: Hobo. Everyone loved it! People were stopping to take pictures of/with him and we were the talk of the town.

For the toddler hobo costume we used:

regular sized gloves (cut the fingers off)
jeans (one leg rolled up farther than the other)
Plaid shirt, buttoned wrong
Two different shoes
An adult snow hat, rolled
A baby vest that we had lying around
Oil based face paint for the beard
And we just used cardboard for the sign and used twine to hang it around his neck
