Ultimate Grand Supreme Toddlers and Tiaras Contestant Costume

Found this dress at a thrift store. it was an old prom dress. cut it and sewed it. I added jewels with hot glue. I wore a white tutu underneath so the dress would stick out.  I found the white shoes at the thrift store as well. I also purchased little white frilly socks at Walmart. I got a spray tan and fake jewelry to complete my outfit!  Oh, and also made a sash saying Ultimate Grand Supreme!
