Charlie Brown was the easiest. We just found an old yellow shirt and drew the pattern around the shirt. My mom made the dress but any blue dress could work. I got some white Keds and drew the black pattern on them. We found a Snoopy doll at the thrift store. So easy and we got compliments all night!
