I made this gory homemade Zipper Head in freezer costume at home with my kids and my husband. We all pitched in. The memories are the most memorable and that’s why I enjoyed making this refrigerator with my family. From a card board box from u-Haul storage I painted it with black spray paint and did everything from scratch. I used bubble wrap for ice in freezer and painted it with white paint and let it dry over night.
I made a knob for the freezer out of an old door handle. I added freezer items to the freezer and an ice tray. The most difficult part about this costume was the make up. It took me an hour and a half to do my make-up. I purchased the kit with the zipper then added different shades to make it seem as real as I could get it. I spent about 6 hours on this project for a contest at work. I have won most scariest at my job for two years in a row.
I had fun and it was a challenge which is in my nature now to wait for next year to make something better. Thanks so much for your time.
