Charlie Dawn is a special needs little girl. She can not sit up or walk. So her daddy and me, her momma built our little princess her very own castle.
We build a frame out of 1 x 2, zip tie it to her wheelchair and then staple carboard around it. We painted it a base coat of gray then sponged the stone look onto it.
Once we put the columns on the side and adorned them with flags, the whole castle was over 4′ and over 6′ tall! We couldn’t even get the castle through our gate!
Walking down the street we had people after people taking pictures, posing with the princess. We couldn’t walk more 2′ before being stopped for a photo opt.
