I was asked to make 8 Octopus Costumes for a school play. I made the Octopus Arms out of pool noodles cut in half covered in shiny fabric and made the octopus tentacles out of felt. I attached them to a black t shirt with room for the arms in the sleeves. The head was filled with pillow stuffing. The kids and parents LOVED them and used them later as Halloween Costumes. It was a huge hit. I had so much fun making them but making 8 of them was very time consuming.
