Headless Marie Antionette Costume

This headless Marie Antionette costume was so much fun. I started with a dress that was cheap and looked like something she would wear. Then I cut a hole through it right in the bodice area. I added material for length. I glued the little dress to a plastic mannequin form and then stuffed the back to make her look filled out.

I took wires and long gloves for the arms to hold my head. I added red paint for blood. I had a dowl rod behind me to hold her upper body upright.
