It truly is amazing what you can do with a couple hundred coffee filters, some hot glue, duct tape, and home made hoop skirt. First I made the hoops with pipes and connectors. Then I measured strips of duct tape to attach to the hoops to create a skirt. Following that I folded and attached the filters to the dress.
The corset is a bra with a shirt wrapped over it, using strips of plastic as boning, and grommets to hold the ribbon in the back. I made the hair by wrapping large filters around a broom stick and scrunching it tightly together then gently taking it off and cutting it into fine curls. I’m not going to lie, this took hours.
