I had already done Sally. I wanted to do the Corpse Bride costume.
I already had the technique down for the wig. Full roll of blue yarn and wrap around my arm like winding up a rope. Cut the end by my elbow and then use the middle of all of them as the roots. Lay them down on a strip of fabric and sew them the length of my natural roots.
Then I sowed that to a fabric head band and it lays quite nicely. I used a sheet to do the skirt draping. I could have done better looking back on it. I dip dyed the ends. I found a white corset and did the blue edging on it too. I used black and white fabric to glue on the ribs. I made a veil and a flower bouquet too.
The make up was the fun part. I watched a tutorial on how to make it look like my eyes were super big. So closing my eyes and “looking” at someone gave a fun effect.
