This year I decided to go as Pinhead from Hellraiser. I started with a base robe costume and modified it a lot to achieve a more form fitting look. I used a silicone mask with real nails that were punned in a head form, and then siliconed in. I then added Velcro to make the costume form fitting as it comes really baggy. I then cut holes and ran a lace through to hang the weapons, and used flower pot hooks to hang them and spaced out with knots.
I added fish hooks and cut off the sharp ends for safety. I then glued together the puzzle box and placed a 7 color pumpkin light inside to represent the “lights” from Hell. I added black combat boots and black pants, and gloves and cut the robe some at the bottom to look frayed, and made sure it did not drag under my feet.
