My name is Ashley and one year I was an Oompa Loompa from charlie and the chocolate factory. I had my grandma make white overalls with crossed straps. Then we found a shirt that was dark brown with long sleeves,after that was done we got hair spray(you can get this at almost any store that sells Halloween costumes) and made my hair green. Then we used face paint to make my face orange(again you can find this almost anywhere they sell costumes but the dollar store might be the cheapest). I didn’t have special shoes but you could use material to go around the shoes with a little cotton ball at the top. If you think they are a little bit fatter you could stuff the overalls with cotton and that was my plan at first but then decided not to do it. On Halloween everyone loved my costume and most people knew what I was.
