I have always been a huge Pikachu fan and one day whie surfing for costumes and ideas, I ran across a girl dressed as pikachu at a comic-convention… I thought “how cute”!
I looked up costumes but they were all VERY unflattering so I decided to try to make my own. I went to the fabric store and purchased some yellow fabric for the ears and the tail. I bought a yellow sexyish shirt and I borrowed a yellow mini skirt from a friend. I sewed the ears together then secured them to an old head band. Then I sewed together a tail, stuffing it with old cusion stuffing. I couldn’t figure out how to keep the tail upward because it was rather large, so I secured it to a pink cat collar I wore around my neck.
Everyone instantly knew who I was at the Halloween parties, I even wore it when I took my son trick-or-treating, All the kids loved it !
