I always think long and hard about what I’m going to be for Halloween. I try to out do myself every year and last year I think I did with my cupcake costume. I made the whole costume the day of the big celebration. A run to Jo Ann Fabric, Hobby Lobby, and Wal Mart and I had all of the items necessary to start my yummy costume. I used a laundry hamper and lined it as the cupcake tin, and put cotton fluff on top for the icing. I bedazzled Styrofoam balls and used those as the cherries on top! Of course every cupcake is made my its’ pastry chef so I got my wonderful boyfriend to go along with my idea. We bought him a chefs hat, a white lab coat, and made a frosting bag.
We got soooo many compliments on our costume that night, and no one believed that it only took us about an hour and a half to put them together. This was the best Halloween costume by far and I’m finding it hard to come up with a better idea this year. Hope you enjoy to Make Your Own Cupcake Costume!
