This is my 8 year old son Colin in his Headless Lego Guy costume. The idea originated with us wanting to make a standard Lego Guy costume. Once we had the idea, we were looking everywhere for ideas and thoughts on how to create it. We then came across his Lego bucket from a past Christmas and had our inspiration.
The costume is made from recycled cardboard and a lot of tape. The pants are one box and the body is another box. The pants are held up with rope inside of his costume. We then covered the whole thing with foam sheets from a local craft store Using double sided tape. Friends and family love the idea and it has been a lot of fun to create an original idea like this and make it with my son. Happy Halloween!
