All I did for this homemade Mermaid costume was glued big seashells onto an old blue bra then filled the empty spaces with small broken shells. Looking back I would’ve done a nude colored bra instead. Then sewed a Goodwill-find green sequin tank top to a green stretch skirt I got from Forever 21. I painted green scales onto my legs and rubbed loose glitter on it.
