My four year old daughter Emily wanted to go as a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, so I bought two pieces of three inch foam for my bread. I dabbed light brown paint on the edges to make the crust. I also trimmed it to be more bread shaped.
Then I took some purple material and added purple glitter to make it look wet. I glued the fabric on to the foam with some hanging out the sides. I did the same thing with some light brown fabric for the peanut butter.
I added straps to keep it up on her. She wore light brown pants and a purple and white baseball shirt. She was so cute.

where do you find the foam?

Where did you find 3 inch foam? I’ve been trying to brainstorm idea on how to make bread!
I would also like to know where the 3 inch foam came from because I have looked EVERYWHERE for the foam with no luck….I ended up buying a mattress pad and used cardboard on one side…not quite the same but good enough! :)

She looks like such a yummy and tasty peanut butter and jelly sandwich that I want to put her on a plate and eat her up for lunch. I really want to be a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and I found some 3″ foam at Home Depot so maybe I will turn myself into something yummy for lunch. I am going to taste so good everyone will want to eat me! :)
