We used an old lamp shade, but wanted it longer so added tag board , then cover with material. Hung it on her shoulders with ribbon. Sewed a round top stuffed it, then glued stuffing on the outside & added sprinkles with sticky back foam paper. Red stocking hat with a pipe cleaner finished it off with a cherry on top!!
She won most creative, but we discovered you can’t walk very fast or sit down!!
