My son wanted to be an astronaut but that seemed a bit moring, so I wanted to give it a twist. We decided to make it look like he was floating while attached to a rocket booster. His legs were the flames & we made him fake legs from PVC pipes and some sweatpants. The flames were made by cutting plastic tableclothes and sewing them to a pair of red pants. He got great reactions everywhere he went. Many people wanted to take his picture. He really enjoyed haming it up & pretending to float.
