I wanted my baby’s first Halloween to be original, rather than a store brought costume. So I decided to make her one with no sew, just cut outs. I just took an old pillow case, put it over my Shihtzu and marked where the eyes & nose are and cut holes for it. then I tied our Shihtzu’s hair into a top knot and mark that and cut the hole to stick out the hair and VOILA !!!
