This Katy Perry costume was a lot of work but super fun to make. The petticoat, necklace, and headband were purchased on Etsy; the blue wig was also an online purchase. The top is an inexpensive white bustier that I embellished with hundreds of varied candies. I took the time to hot glue each piece including the shattered rock candy just beneath the cupcakes (cupcakes also purchased on Etsy and hot glued to bust). I then accessorized with a ring pop and candied bracelets. Overall a fun project and was a hit at the parties.
