Sexy Homemade Wonder Woman Costume

I put this sexy homemade Wonder Woman costume together with the help of Ebay, Etsy and some local stores in the mall. The red corset is from Charlotte Russe, about $25. The gold trim I got from JoAnn Fabric store, the whole roll was around $5.00 and I used fabric glue to adhere it to the top of the corset. The star spandex shorts were an eBay purchase I got for around $9.99.

The wig was the priciest piece, I really dislike fake looking wigs and I’m blonde so I wanted it to be authentic. I tried a bouffant-esque style wig Lynda Carter sported on the show, however I also wanted to do a more modern take on the costume so I went with a longer, more wavy style. I found the one pictured for just under $60. The headpiece, arm bands and belt with lasso were an Etsy purchase I found for around $40. The platform Wonder-Woman boots were really the finishing touch. I picked those up on Ebay for around $50. I also watched some YouTube tutorial videos on Wonder Woman make-up I found very helpful and really helped pull the whole look together.
