This bat-baby Halloween costume is pretty simple, just a black tutu dress. I made the bracelets from flannel, and the bat logo was made from felt and sewn on. I sewed on the bottom half of a yellow onesie as well, and made the cape from a very light weight black fabric and attached it with Velcro.
