I purchased spandex material, one muscle suit (for female), two mustache’s, tall boots, one bald/nude wig, two wooden dowels and four foam balls to make the matching Strong Men costumes for my husband and I.
I started by fitting the spandex into personal one shoulder singlets, then we spray painted “weights” using the dowels and foam balls. My husband shaved his head and I covered mine with a nude wig. We added mustache’s and some mock lifting boots and had a blast doing “lifts and thrusts” all night long. I even added a potato to my singlet to make it look more manly.
This is a great costume for couples, you are given the chance to be goofy together and show off some sweet moves.
