Sumo Wrestler Toddler and Geisha Mom Couple Costume

For the sumo costume, I ordered white sweatpants and sweatshirt online about two sizes too big, dyed them with RIT clothing dye in sandstone color for a flesh colored look. Stitched a pair of pjs top and bottom to inside of sweats and then stuffed with pillow stuffing. Purchased a black scrap material cotton and stitched to bottom for sumo undies. :)

I used a dollar store black beanie put my perfect bun hair accessory in beanie and wrapped a black band around outside of beanie to hold in place. I applied a thin line of black eyeliner to give an authentic sumo look.

As for Geisha, I’m just a weirdo, I have this kind of stuff in my closet. :)

He was a HUGE hit at school and trick or treating!
