Homemade Oompa Loompa and Willy Wonkette Costumes. Except for the brown shirt and white glvoes, entire Oompa costume was made from scratch. Cuffs and collar brown felt with white fabric paint. White pants were completely from scratch. Orange face makeup white grease pencil, blond wig spray painted green, home made pom-poms are balls of yarn.
