I Made the Hard Hat by taking a square Block of Styrofoam and cut it to the shape of Thor’s head and the shape I wanted on the inside of the hat, Then I took Plaster cast Material and coated the Outside, then I peeled the Syrofom out and took an old Milk Jug and cut it for the inner band, then I painted it.
Next I did the Bibed Overalls by Cutting an Old pair of Blue Jeans into the Shape I wanted added the shoulder sraps and buttons and added seam marks with a yellow paint pen. Next I made the tool belt by taking a pair of work glove and cutting them down, using the finger holes and palm part of the gloves for the tool pouchs and the wrist band part for the tool belt itself, and then I custom fit it all to Thor.
