This three headed ZZ top homemade  Halloween costume was quite easy to make.  Just took some thin plywood and put a spike thru it and thru the shoulder on my jacket. From there just stuck the heads on each shoulder and that was it.  If I had to do it again tough I would use football shoulder pads just to give it some more stability.
