Bought all the costume elements at the local thrift store. After several cans of spray paint and many days of drying out masterpiece was completed. We built the platforms to split in half so we could walk. The boots were glued down with liquid nails. We wore green leotard over our faces so we do not have to wear face paint.
A big hit at the costume contest. Everyone wanted their picture taken with the toy soldiers!
