Cool Wheelchair Costume Idea: Mermaid in a Wheelchair with Real Water

I wanted my daughter to be a mermaid and really wanted to create a sea theme around her wheelchair using real water.  I wanted something to be able to move and flow as I pushed her around and finally came up with this creation. This was a lot of fun to make and my biggest challegne yet and it came out just how I imagined it. Great comments on the different places we visited.

Items: storage bags, wavy border, sea theme stickers, ductape,wire ties,plastice table cloth, cardboard.

I used two cardboard panels covered with plastic tablecloth and inserted holes to use the wire ties to secure on chair for each panel. Filled storage bags with a little bit of water and ductaped them on the panels and used the wavy border to hide bottom of the bag but left enough room between rows to see the water move in between.  Decorated with sea theme stickers and made seaweed strands out of ductape.
