Every year our school has a Book Character Parade(Kingsbury Elementary, Sumter, SC). We encourage the kids to dress as their favorite book character. My assistant and I teach kindergarten so we are always looking for dual characters. This year we dressed as “The Wild Things” from the book “Where The Wild Things Are”. We dressed one of our students as “Max”! He was so excited to be “The King of the Wild Things”! The kids cheered us on as we walked the halls of our school.
