The fairy queen gets turned into a zombie and because she was a magical being she was able to retain a little of her fairy power but it turned dark. Her fairy dust no longer sparkly but gray can turn anyone it touches into a zombie fairy. She turned her closest friends and faithful companion into fairy zombies and they never leave her side. They fly around her protecting her. One minion however hangs out on her spine and snacks on her wings.
