I was inspired by a vogue-esque photo of a human rain storm 2 years ago, so decided a rainbow + rain storm costume would be perfect for my newly adopted puppy and I :)
Rain storm costume supplies:
- Straw wide brimmed hat
- Stuffing from old pillow (can also use fake snow from Michael’s)
- White elastic string
- Fake snow flakes from Michael’s
- Gray fabric spray paint
- Elmer’s glue
- Hot glue gun, hot glue
Rain drops: Measure a piece of string to the length you desire for your raindrops. I wanted mine to be almost floor length, so measured my example string.
