This Noah’s Ark costume was a huge hit at our local church Trunk or Treat we went to. I made the ark out of heavy cardboard that I painted with stain and used plastic screws with backs on them to hold it together. I did use a few zip ties to hold the top together too. I attached elastic straps to the inside of the ark, which he just wore over his shoulders. I ordered 2 bulk bags of little stuffed animals and hot glued those on the top of the ark along with some hay.
Fun project! Just didn’t take into account how large it was! We had to borrow my dad’s truck to haul it where we were going though. We got alot of compliments and won the contest!
